It is important for us that you stay totally satisfied with the quality of our products and our services. Leaving a comment may contribute positively.

Trying to optimize our clients’ experience customers is given the right to return all our products.

Our clients may request a product exchange or a total refund within 14 working days from the merchandise’s delivery day under the circumstance that it follows the Terms & Conditions of the return policy.

We will refund the value of your purchase. This excludes shipping costs.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned or exchanged, therefore covered by the buyers.

Shipping costs for a return or exchange of a faulty item are covered by autofinish.gr.

Submit your request

Please follow the next necessary steps so as to submit your return or exchange request. The autofinish.gr store reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not follow the Terms and Conditions of the Returns Policy mentioned below.

Α) Return of faulty items

Returns of a faulty item can be processed only after contacting autofinish.gr following the next steps:

  • STEP 1: You need to contact us by e-mail ([email protected]) or call us (+30 2310781732) so that your return can be approved.
  • STEP 2: Soon after autofinish.gr approves the return or exchange of the product you should fill in the Returns Form.
  • STEP 3: Return of faulty items can be carried out only through Geniki Taxydromiki. Shipping costs for the returns are covered by autofinish.gr.

Β) Return or exchange of non-faulty items

Returns of an item can be processed only after contacting autofinish.gr following the next steps:

  • STEP 1: You need to contact us by e-mail ([email protected]) or call us (+30 2310781732) so that your return can be approved.
  • STEP 2: Soon after autofinish.gr approves the return or exchange of the product you should fill in the Returns Form.
  • STEP 3: Return of non-faulty items should be carried out by any carrier of your preferance. Shipping costs for the returns are covered by the sender (prepaid shipment).

Terms and Conditions

You have to take care so as the return/exchange request that you wish to submit, to be in full accordance to the following described Terms and Conditions:

  • Your submitted return/exchange request to be within 14 days from the date that you received your order.
  • All the returned products should be received by us at the condition that you received them, free of any defects, maintaining their factory packaging, and generally in condition that allow us to re-sell them.
  • The products should have all labels, brochures or other documentation, as their initial condition.

Provided that the products as well as the procedure is carried out according the above instructions, you reserve the right to return them.  After close examination of them that will take place  after we will receive it, we will proceed to the refund of their value or the replacement by another product .. In different case the autofinish.gr. reserve the right to deny your request for return/exchange.

The customer have the full responsibility  to deliver the products to the address stated in the Returns Form, as autofinish.gr cannot  trace your return-shipment to us. Thus we prompt you to use the express mail carrier that we use, Geniki Taxydromiki.

Your return/exchange request will be carried out by us within 15 working days from the date that we received your package.
